Adding sub and amp with oem radio 2008

Im putting a asunder and amp in today wondering if anyone know where I can pull the 12v turn on wire for the amp from on the 2008 I have an output converter and I know wiring very well but don't wanna spend an hour finding a. Remote wire to tie into. If anyone has a 2008 no factory sub with sync wire diagram would be great as well

I suggest you get yourself a MTX Re-q if gets wired in right before your headunit and you just plug the two wires needed for a subwoofer. You can get the Re-q from amazon. I put the regular Re-q in my friends 2010 mazda 3 it works out amazing. with his stock headunit.

That is awesome. I believe you are the first to post the wire colors for our year. Thanks! Now I can double check all the polarities when I wired in my LOC.

But, on the subject of the remote wire... I believe because it uses a digital signal you can't use it as the amp remote wire. I haven't tried it, but I know a lot of members have mentioned in previous posts that you cannot use it. I , just like a lot of other members, wired in a switch and used a mini add-a-fuse.

My only question is what spot on the under side drivers side fuse panel did u add the add-a-fuse to? dont you just plug it into an existing fuse?
