Works great for me, never a complaint.

ive been contemplating this supliment...the b6 vitamin content is 2000 daily value...and the B-12 is 8333%....damn....plus the niacin intake can make a dark man blush with the heightened blood flow....i myself take them to kickstart a weekend when i drink...i know i know...bad, but thats not my topic here...lets hear it...we all know that too much of anything is a bad thing.

i think something negative will come from it... cant be all that great..

When it first came out they use to claim NO CAFFINE..... now guess what... it says it contains caffine...... theres your energy.

99% of the Niacin on the market no longer gives you the flush or hightened blood pressure. Besides if they did use that kind of Niacin it would make them liable if someone with high blood pressure took it and had a heart attack or stroke.

Fortunately, I am not a caffeine addict. Every now and then I will down 4 or 5 mountain dews when I am playing a good game or something, but not very often. I have a few friends who can't function without caffeine.
