Noob question
 

What are the basic requirements needed in order for me to do auto cross? like what do i need to have done to my car helmet shoes etc etc. Sorry for the noob question im just interested in pushing my car.

all you need is a valid drivers license and a safe car.
usually most regions have loaner helmets you can use.
shoes, they just have to be closed toed.

oh, and time! a full event in my region usually runs from 730am-430pm.

Edit, beat to the punch, but here's what they'll check in tech:

Check the stickies, there's some information there, but just make sure your car is in good working condition.
-Battery needs to be secure, OEM mounting is fine
-No play in the wheel bearings
-No issue with braking system
-Throttle that closes without sticking

For gear, you just need a helmet, most clubs will have loaners. Snell approved motorcycle helmets are fine too.

Add a little extra air to your tires, 40-45 psi, maybe a little less in the rear than the front.

Remove all the extra crap from your car, and you're good to go!
