My 3rd run was a bit faster 41.449:

Any and all comments / tips are greatly appreciated.. I was shifting into 2nd right about the start of the first slalom and leaving it in second for the rest of each run.

IMO, a lot of speed and time was lost because of the lines that were taken. Try using wider lines and more of the track not you wouldnt normally think was available. Look at this video from my last autox to see what I mean.

I don't know if there was enough room to take wider lines at this course..
Here's the course map to explain...

it seems you might benefit from looking further ahead and preturning earlier. at 0:47 of the second vid in the slalom, you were making sharp turns when you got to the cone, but if hard started turning earlier and more gradually you could carry more speed.
and at 1:07 it seems you abrupty straightened out (maybe there was a cone i couldnt see) but a more gradual straitening of the wheel earlier allows a driver to get on the gas sooner. this is accomplished by looking way ahead. as you enter a sweeper like that, you have to already be looking at your exit cone, so that your set up to go on the next straight away.

Thank you, I'll try and work on that.. next event is the 16th so hopefully I can improve on looking further ahead and using more of the track like EH6TunerDaniel said...
