Nor*Cal Beach Body Thread
I wanna look good for the beach, and you know you want to look good too!
Whether you want to tone, build muscle, lose weight, gain stamina, whatever, improvement is possible. I'm gonna weigh myself tomorrow morning and post it up. I'll start this off: I just spent 35 minutes on the stationary bike, then did a bunch of lunges followed by stretching. Im @ 200 even right. I will try to lose 15 to 20 by July for my trip up to south lake tahoe...
Now I want to lose the wieght, but at the same time build muscle. I just want to look good at the beach for the wifey. So Im gonna start to run in the morning, stop eating out, cut out soda, candy, and beer. I just ran out of weed, so no more munchies[facepalm] lets see where Im at in a week. |
Well, I need to officaly weigh myself tonight. But Im sure Im right around 240.
I want to loose 20-30 by June 25 for my company's sales meeting in AZ. Im either going to the gym and playing racquet ball and doing the treadmill or running on the days I dont go. |
I'm about 220lbs and im not really looking to loose weight but to tone out.
1mi run 5 days a week w/ 10lb ankle weights for warm-ups 20min on the gazelle(my mothers ha ha) soda is a hard cut out for me but it can be done, and not eating bored is my goal also. *edit* not running with the ankle weights, my brother said it can water log your knees. |

My problem is snacking since I'm sitting in my cab all day. Also the sitting all day isn't good Weigh in when you first get up in the morning, that'll be the most accurate. Sounds like we're off to a good start! |
