Anybody Here a SimRacer?
 

Like the title states, is anyone here a SimRacer? I'm not talking about xbox360 or PS3, or Need For Speed or anything like that. I'm talking about rFactor, GTR2, Nascar Racing 2003, ARCA Sim Racing, iRacing games like that. If so what do you play?

forza 2 is a sim racer. lol. unless your talking strictly pc.

Also, SimBin (the people who make GTR2) made a game for 360 called RacePro. And yeah, Forza is a sim.

Yes, strictly PC, because SimRacers know PC is where the immersion factor is at, while Forza 2, and RacePro are awesome console simgames though. Although RacePro lacks a damage model which kinda pissed me off.

I play GTR2 big time. Best sim ever made.

I use to play an OLD Ralley Sim years ago... it was by far the best I've ever played. The AI was great... considering it actually made mistakes unlike all of the new games where the AI always takes the "perfect line"

You actually had to race each stage and were limited on how much repair time you had for the cars... if I could only remember the name.... I do remember it having a Cosworth Escort on the cover.

Back from the dead...

I'm a sim racer and love it. I subscribe to iracing and own rfactor, gtr2, race07 (+ most expansions), and LFS. I've competed in leagues at race2play.com, NAGP, and a few others. I have an Obutto racing seat with a Logitech G25. I haven't been racing as much as I used to a few years ago due to my work schedule, but that will change soon.

Any other sim racers here??
