Video from 6-30-08 autocross, any advise?
 

I finally got around to pulling my videos from my camera and putting them on the net. I only loaded three of my 5 runs as the other two were really shakey before I tightened my camera straps down. I've taken 1st place in every event our region has had this year in STN (street tire novice) but I haven't been able to place higher than 2nd in GS as there is a RSX that is consistenly a 1/2 second faster than me. I was wondering if anyone can see anything that I can improve on by watching the video? Thanks!

try tire pressure. an RSX also has 30 more bhp. right?

I've been experimenting with tire pressure and it seems that 42 front and 40 rear have worked the best for me thus far. These direzzas definitely get greasy when hot, so I have started to spray them with water between runs and its made for more consistent feel and times. I'm not sure how much power they have, but 200 does sound right.

You were a lot smoother in the better run - less jerky with the steering.

A lot of people from other regions come to our events due to the length of our facility. We have the cone killer classic coming up in a few weeks and it should be a blast, I'm not sure if registration is over yet or not.

They do! LOL! I know they have regular events in North Park, and BeaveRun in Beaver PA also has autocross events. Here's a link to both:

There are guys that come out to our events from Pittsburgh all the time. I can't remember where else they race at, but I feel there is another place in the 'burgh that has events.
