Are you guys saying that there's speaker wire behind the back seats for directly connecting a subwoofer? Or are they rca cables for the subwoofer signal to the external amp that you have to install?

It's a specialty harness designed to fit the Audiophile Sub setup only. It is not a set of RCA cables, and the wiring is not there on every '08 focus just as not every 00-07 focus came prewired. Some that have the harness but not audiophile setup are just lucky [thumb]

I'd like to correct you on this. In the trunk behind the d-side passenger there is a connector for the sub woofer on all the 08 focuses. The the only reason why we can't tap a woofer set up off of this on non-audiophile systems is because behind the head unit in the dash Ford cut off the harness and there is no 'spot' in the head unit to get a clean sub out. There has been a previous post about this 'issue' where I have posted pictures of the cut harness and lack of connector on the head unit for the appropriate connector if it was there.
