07 edge, mazda 3 rear wiper INSTALLED
 

has anyone on here done this and if so has anyone made a how to i looked in the how tos and couldnt find one [wiggle]

I did, went to Mazda, got the wiper arm & wiper blade, unscrewed the Fofo one, put on the mazda, put bold back on. It's a fairly plain forward exchange. Also what I heard is that the Edge wiper is either too short or too long, can't remember

i got the edge one, not a single problem.

go up to ford, and tell them you need a edge rear wiper arm assembly and blade assembly. i read somewhere that someone also got the cap with the arm assembly however i didn't check before i left to see if it was included so i had to make a second trip to get the cap also.

total was under 40 for everything.

I've got the edge one too. Actually I have them on both Foci. Easy, quick swap and works well.

i got the mazda one when i got my car, it was easy to install and a pain in the ass to fine tune... the blade didnt hit at the top of the window so i had to take the hatch apart and shim the motor back to put more pressure on the arm/ blade and get it to hit... but its worth it...

so i guess its fairly easy to install then? i'll see how much they both are if the mazda one gives problems all go for the ford one im gonna go check it out today

mazda is double the price (or close to it) of the edge wiper. install is the same, only diff between the 2 is the mazda is a bit slimmer.

hey guys got it installed was a pain to get off cause it was so coroded but my gfs dad polished it all up and put anti sieze on it
