SVT Stage II Cams?
How's it goin?? I'm interested in getting the FRII Cams... but all I've read is people with regular foci getting them. Would you recommend me getting them for the SVT or will they even work with the SVT? I've currently got: SRI, Magnaflow exhaust, ORP, Throttle body, FS Tune. I appreciate ALL of your help in advance!!!

I dunno if the SVT would work with them without some new valves and adjustments and such.

Cams
No they won't work, the cams in the SVT are already top notch and aftermarket ones for it are VERY expensive. Just look to other mods because your cams are already taken care of.

SVT = turnkey except tune and HFC...and FI...and maybe slight suspension upgrade

ZXtuner.com offers regrinds of the SVT cams. He was conservatively estimating a 10HP gain with the regrind.

The stock SVT cams are bigger than even the stgIII's from FRPP.

Hey Mike do you know what the exact specs on the SVT cams are? What clearance are we supposed to have on the lifters on intake and exahust too? I think mine need some shims...

Doug- I contected him not that long ago and he said he could do still do it. I didn't have the money at the time though. I guess those spare cams will just continue to sit in my basement for a little while longer! [:)]
