Some pics from my new camera!

I'm still messing around with the setting and stuff (as you can tell in the first three, how do you capture motion so that it's not blurry?), but I think I'm getting the hang of it. I'm a beginner but this camera makes it so simple. I'm going to order the Super Telephoto lens and the wide-angle lens next paycheck. Then after that, I'll get the polarizing filter, neutral density filter, etc. What do yall think? I could really use some advice from the pros out there on how to make the photos better.

I have that camera too. I really like it, it takes great pictures. I still want an SLR camera though, this camera is great for the price.

The faster the shutter speed, the more "frozen" the action will be - but you need a lot of light to use a fast shutter speed, like outdoors midday sun type light. You can try boosting the ISO setting to help, but freezing action indoors is pretty hard to do without a lot of available light or a good flash. If your camera has a "shutter priority" mode, try putting it in that and adjusting the shutter speeds and taking a picture at each one, until you reach one that best compromises freezing the action and not being too dark.

I really like the night pictures in particular, those look really nice!
