My New Nighttime Photoshoot

So ... I posted the final photos in the Main Showroom - > Click Me to see other Final shots in showroom

In here, I felt peeps would enjoy and respect the before and after.

And I wanted to post some before and afters here:

Before

In this photo, wanted to bring up the background more and to highlight the car some. Also decided to add a bit extra to the sky.

After

Before

In this shot, I was aiming to capture the ambience of the park and get some of the housing in the BG. Well, I was fighting the lamp for light and the light on my strobe was a different color. So, I gelled the light to come close to the lamp. For post I highlighted the car, took out some of the distracting lines and added some extra in the sky.

After

Before

In this photo, I really liked the angle I went for and got the shot. When I brought it in post, I really wanted to take advantage of the color that this street was giving.

After

I like the first one best.

I will add that I don't like the fluff added to the sky. The stars, moon, etc. It looks too fake for my liking.

Well ... it was intentional cheese ... just to push the limits.

Thanks for the comments man ... always good to hear what other people see and think about them.

Intentional cheese is the best kind

Maybe try adding just some stars instead of the moon. That might not be bad...

There are stars ... and I actually had tons and then toned them back because they were even cheesier than the moon.

I meant just stars. A few. No moon, no shooting stars. No nubulai. No black holes. Lol.

That said, did you see the moon tonight?! Freakin epic. tWas huge here. Woulda made some good pics...I think I've exhausted my moon options with my current lenses though...

I missed the moon ... it was cloudy like crazy down south.

Gotcha on the moon and all.

I will be doing another car shoot soon ... so I will keep that in mind and hold back some cheese.

^^ He didn't want to do underhood or interior shooting because he said he didn't do anything to either. All stock ... he is more of an exterior stance kinda guy.

He would have turbo'd the car, but just got engaged. So, no go mods ... yet.
