I've gotten over a lot of my issues, they were all problems stemming from the mechanic I was taking the car to. Not Ford's fault, and I really do love my car. I'd still take it over an import any day. And for those saying "do it yourself and do it right" I live in a condo complex and don't have anywhere I can work on my car, and I have an extremely hectic schedule, so even if I did have tools and a place to work on it, I wouldn't have the time.

Matmatition....

Hey guy this is what I do. Try to find some Focus Fananics around your area. They might be young but they aren't afraid to tear into the job. They'll enjoy some race money and you'll appreciate the savings. If you don't have the time or tools, there's always an open bay in someones garage that could use the bucks. Nothing feels better than doing the job yourself and keeping that extra cash in your pocket.lol.

Amen to that. I'm hooking up my wideband a/f gauge with a buddy up here since that's not too time intensive. I had to do a full engine and clutch replacement though, and I just didnt have the time to do it myself :( And I have a broken down Ducati right now I need to tear into, so the fofo has kind of slid down the totem pole. Its actually sunny in Seattle this week, and I need to take advantage of our one month riding season!! lol

nice town...

I was in Seattle in 95 and every street in that town was torn up. But beside sitting in traffic jams for hrs., I'd have to say it's one of the prettiest cities in the lower 48. Great coffee too!

90 degrees and sunny today... no complaints here lol. This is my view from work. I do love this place :) The construction hasn't gotten any better though... as we say in Seattle, there are two seasons: Rain season and construction season lol.
