Job opportunity for vets, Snohomish County (not spam)

Good morning all-

I manage a federal security contract for federal facilities located in Snohomish County. We're currently looking for a couple of reserve/on-call officers for call outs and other unplanned events, but this opportunity frequently expands (I started out as a part-time officer and now I manage the contract). We anticipate at least 1 PT and possibly 1 or more FT slots this year.

Applicants must either have served in the military OR graduated from a police academy OR have 3 years of armed security experience in the last 5 years. Position requires a high risk public trust clearance, so criminal history and credit must be satisfactory for that.

Pay for this position when working is a combination of $22.54 an hour + about $3.50 an hour in fringe benefit paid as cash. We supply weapon (gen 4 GLOCK 17) as well as uniforms and most duty items.
