I'm not really sure what the original question was. But I think it was what tire fits under your car.


You can run 225/45/17 on a stock wheel just fine (Svt wheel). However offsets of different wheels will change the outcome. I used to run 225/45/17 as my studded snow tires while I was slammed, it did great and had no issues with rubbing.

225 would be sweet. Was that with regular camber? I'm guessing not

The stock svt tire size is 215 45R17 which is wat I have on my car. The wheels r 7" wide and I'm lowered 2". Its really rare for me to get any rubbing unless I have my car weighed down with stuff in the back and/or I hit a good sized bump in the road.
