Oni Does anyone have any news as to whether or not Markko will continue rallying this year or if he's going to stay out for a while?

Goat Roper Considering the many wins Michael Park brought our Focus in the WRC, I am sticky-ing this thread for the time being.

hEaT I was watching the race when I heard about it and couldn't believe it. I know that the racing was dangerous, but you don't hear of people dying, especially with some of the insane crashes caught on tape. R.I.P.

Oni Martin has done a follow up interview for those who are interested. Here's a brief take on it from www.wrc.com.

DrkKnight614 ^^^agreed, this is ver tragic....i started getting into more rally in early 04, and was following Markko Martin while he was with Ford and then when he moved over i followed him alittle bit as well. This is sad, they made a good team and im sure they were pretty good friends as well. Id be totaly upset too, and even though it was an accident i would still feel the guilt and like it was all my fault.
