Dark 007 Good news, my mechanic ended up finding a new fuel pump for about $100+. I guess that wasn't too bad.

sleepyboy I'm running a Bosch pump in Ole' Yeller, it was the only pump available at the time. The carter would probably be similar. I'd definitely shop around for prices like your doing.

Carter/eBay Fuel Pump

Unfortunately, my fuel pump is gone. My local mechanic told me that, unless I go with a used one, a new one runs for about $200+. I've searched on-line and this particular (Carter) fuel pump brand comes up. Some sites have them for $200+ But, eBay has them for $120+.

So, what do you guys think! Is the eBay one, a go or a no go?!?...
