Depends on the value of the vehicle.

sailor European P/U is offered regularly by manufacturers based there, but it only works when the U.S. version is already being produced & shipped from that location.

Doesn't work for some BMW's for example, because they're made here.

Frosted Glass Isn't there some German car maker that advertises a european buying plan? At least they make mention of it on the PBS station I watch.

GhiaFan Why would you want a right hand drive UK Focus, when you could have a left hand drive Focus right from were they are built in Saarlouis, Germany.

Frosted Glass Here is a crazy idea but I am just curious. What if Ford NA ran a program where you could order from a limited choice of UK Focus, especially those with high end techy or upscale options, how much of an import tax would there be? If Ford NA does not want to make that kind of car here, to sell here, because they don't think they would make any profit, maybe that would be a way to offer their NA customers a nicely optioned Focus. There would be people who would pay more to have something better. It may be a niche market but it is a market.

jinstall Oh and BTW, the C170, C307 and C346 Foci have all been available in Mexico. I see true MKII Foci all the time. Same as for the Galaxy, S-Max, C-Max, Eco Sport, Ranger, etc.

It's a base S sedan, I don't remember how Ford actually call it now but it's not a S name anymore...

It's the same version I have, but mine it's from the 313 area code
My buddy paid extra for those wheels, it came with 16' steelies and hubcaps
I really like the key he got!
My key is the ugly one that looks cheap

I have to say this, even we both got the same base S version, his car is way better more equipped than mine
Not happy, I should waited for the European one
Your friend's German S Focus came with HILL START ASSIST, a 60/40 split back seat, 6 speakers (2 twitters, 2 subwoofers, 2 speakers (not just 4 speakers), but only 2 airbags (not 7 like the US Focus). Ford mx doesn't list the European (Ambiente Trim) Focus any more
Ford de México | Focus Versiones/Precios
They're back offering the US assembled 2014 Focus only.
When will the 2015 1.0 Ecoboost arrive in MX?

These were the European trims offered
