JiuJitsuDaddy Just had my engine replaced but it had 220k on my 2005 zx4. Was a great car until it died.

Jay's02Wagon 2002 SE wagon--currently 184,000 miles. No rust what so ever. Still does not use any oil between changes (every 3500 miles) and does not leak any oil. Original engine and transmission.

sailor Why not put that info. in your thread on the subject, instead of here in an off topic posting?

"Just changed" means you JUST did the work & now it doesn't work, working fine for a month afterwards is an ENTIRELY different situation.

"Battery Good" means nothing without load test results & current voltage numbers, the MOST common no-crank cause is poor contact at the battery terminals (and YES, everything else usually works then).

BilcoTech 170,800. Everything is failing! All new clutch parts, wheel bearings on all the wheels, brand new fuel injectors at 165k, and more expenses. 10 years old.

bigdoug 285000 miles on my 2004 2.3L.... I'm shocked it's lasted this long. Longest running car I've ever had.

bogieb Don't know how I missed this - I bought my Focus with 196,000 miles on it. During bad weather (or when I need to haul something) I drive a 4WD SUV, during really nice weather I ride my bike, and all the time in between I drive the Focus.
