More top-notch work from another Ford dealership service department.
Ford dealerships are amazing! Every one I go to manages to be more incompetent and crooked than the last. It boggles the imagination.
The worst part of my Focus isn't the DCT, as bad as it is. It's the dealership network. Their continual incompetence would be amusing were I not a victim of it.
I really hope you get your heat fixed... it should only take 3 or 4 more service visits to 2 or 3 more dealerships. My condolences in advance for any damage or problems they cause.

I reported my non working heater to Ford almost 6 weeks ago to the day. After over a month, and driving a rental car for the last week at their expense, Jubilee Ford called me today to advise me that my car was done. At a great expense to them, they replaced the entire "plenum". That combined with the rental car tab equals a large expense to them.
So I rushed there after work to pick it up before they closed. Warmed up car, then quickly drove to my sisters to shovel her driveway just a short drive away.
Decided to give the ole heater a try and feel the heat I've been missing....
Are you kidding me Ford..... REALLY?!?
How convenient thats its Friday out and they were closed right after I found out its not working...
Im amused. Im really not even that furious. Im just amused that they went through ALL that expense and trouble. And no one actually TESTED it after doing the work on it.....

As I ask my manager for more time off work to take care of this problem!

|reamkeeper||The plenum is going to be pretty much all of the hoses and tubes that feed the air everywhere. The entire assembly should have the vent motors in it so when they replace that you should be good to go. That sucks that it broke on you during the winter though.|

|Gemini8026||I'm currently driving a loaner supplied car by Ford Canada. They are apparently replacing my whole "plenum". Not to sure what that is but our local Ford rep on the site hooked me up!|
