I lived in a building that had individual garages
I often came home for lunch and found a car blocking my door plus if I didn't park inside my other spot was right in front of the door
One day I had enough and parked my company truck practically bumper to bumper with the offender
I watched from my balcony as the offender did a 100 point wiggle to get his car out
Never had that issue ever again
