|Alykev||Thanks LukeMC. I have this car running so smooth right now...makes me wonder why we tend to sell our cars when they are running better than they ever have? Way of the car world I guess.|

If I am considering selling my 2004 SVT EAP, what is the best way to get the car into the marketplace for the discriminating buyer who knows the SVT and appreciates the work my son and I have done on the car? I have never looked at the buy-sell portion of this site, but am wondering if others feel this is the best place to sell a really nice SVT.

|Alykev||anyone still on this thread? I have a 2004 SVT EAP Silver 5 door. I guess it more "rare" than I thought.|

|A Focused Family||I agree. Having #125 and #218 from 2003 makes me wonder if I have an even more rare SVT.|

Keep in mind the attrition rate of these SVTs as the years pass. Your car may have been one of fifty when it was built (mine was #1972 of 1978 made in '04, one of sixty-two red ZX3 EAPs), but it may now be one of thirty-five still in existence. I wish there was a way to keep track of deceased SVTs, but judging by the number that get parted out here, and on FJ, they become rarer every year.
If you want one, look long and hard, if you have one, take good care of it.
