I double checked Thompson Automotive's website last night and they do indeed have the Voodoo Magnum shift knob that fits the Focus! I ordered a sphere shaped Voodoo knob in Piano Black, which is the finish I preferred from the start. :) :jump:

It's subjective of course, and I did give a couple of criteria for what I'm looking for in the OP. I'm just not a fan of the OEM leather wrapped knob at all. A couple of people above gave some good suggestions. I really like the Blox 490 in gun metal, but it is currently out of stock. :( In fact just about everything in the Blox 490 is currently out of stock. I think I'll hold out for the gun metal knob to be available, unless I find something better in the meantime.

In my Mazda Miata I have an aluminum Voodoo knob, and that is excellent! Voodoo doesn't appear to make knobs fitted for the Focus though, and the Blox 490 looks pretty close to the Voodoo.

It's highly subjective and personal, so what works well for someone might not work for another person.

The Man Thanks Rickdarris. Another question: What is the thread size and pitch of the Focus knob?

rickdarris2004 I will second the Blox 490. I have the Blue and its an amazing knob.
