JayDeZ I'm 32 now. I had a 2010 as a rental back when I was 30 after my wife rear-ended someone with our Fusion. I actually liked the Impala I had. It was probably the most comfortable car I had ever driven and got pretty decent gas mileage on the highway to and from work.

swagfocuswagon Alot of GM cars dont handle for shit. Ive owned several (a cutlass Supreme and a Grand Am) and in the city they kinda suck, but the free way is what they were built for I feel like. There comfy and get good gas mileage on the interstates.

There just pretty bland to look at. Not the most fun to drive either but they work out for someone that wants a decent car to get to and from.

Plus parts can be found just about anywhere.

We've always had pretty good ones. The reason I never recommend them is because they suck dick to drive.

F35-JSF I've driven the v8 SS Impala. Not my favorite. I liked the more aggressive smaller pontiac grand prix GXP more.

I had to get into character to drive the Impala, and made a Frank Sinatra mix CD for the occasion.

replica81 I had a 2012 Impala as a loaner. I wanted to hate it, but it was a solid car. Handling and so on were not very good, but that isn't really the point. It was a sweet freeway cruiser and the motor was pretty nice. I bet they're a steal used.
