dutd33 I took a mallet to the steelie and hit at different angles and they finally came off! Thanks everyone for the responses! :)

dbenney all this weird stuff about kicking and hitting with another tire.... i hve done it as well... iv even used a 4x4 to wack the back of the tire... now i just use a dead blow hammer(rubber mallet)... 1-2 hits from the back and its all good. they are cheap at barbor freight.

Personally, I wouldn't trust the jack-stands under the pinch welds but that's just me. I know people have used them in the past without any problems.

I put some bearing grease on the hubs when putting my summers on. Hoping that helps when it's time to change

clean the contact area, when your switching tires again grab some sand paper and sand down the rust and what not thats there. it shouldnt happen again, but ive never heard of putting grease there but that could work i guess

Flybigrc When I took off my winter tires one of the hub centering ring was really stuck on the hub. The wheel came off but the ring was really on there. The PB Blaster, a steel wedge and a rubber mallot and it finally came off. Took about 30 minutes!

Anyone have any ideas for me for next year? I was thinking of silicone or grease on those hub rings, to try and avoid this issue again.

jugglethese that happened to all 4 of my winter tires. grab another tire and give it a good hit on the outside of the rim/tire. after a few good hits they'll pop right off

MetalMuffins What I had to do with mine was loosen the lugs with the car on the ground and rock it back and forth to un-seize the rim from the hub.
