Bliky I think the only reason I'd have a Euro plate on a car like ours would be my forum name "Bliky" and I'd probably only wear it at FocusFest so people know who's car mine is easier (and so I can identify it!).

I have seen some Porsches around here with front euro plates that have their actual US license plate number on it. It's sort of illegal but more acceptable than the usual euro plate you see. I feel like it's kind of cheating the system but a neat idea.

As far as English capabilities, let's first work on yours. It's "you're entitled...", not "your entitled". My dictionary has no definition of a "positive inquiry". Now, I've heard of a positive response (or a negative one), but not of a "positive inquiry". Still want to compare "English (should be capitalized) capabilities"?
