Wow i've seen some great work here.
I shoot with an Canon 40D with a 17-55 2.8 and a 70-200 2.8
I run my own website in rallysport photography.
It's been on a low last year but hopefully i can get some more time totake some pictures next year.
Last night it was very foggy here in Holland so i went out with the ST170 and my camera in the night to take some night shots.
Here are a few of the results. any comment or tips and tricks are Always welcome

That's awesome that your camera took that great of a beating. I love my Nikons.
I use to have a Nikon D80 and D90 as well, which I have sold to friends ... who still shoot with them.
I currently have a Nikon D300s, D600 and D800 ... and love them all. The D300s is one hell of a work horse. You will love it. Mine go Offshore alot. Really tough conditions and they still work strong. Take them in for cleaning once a quarter and they will run for a long long time.
Nice landscape shot you got there.

I've been shooting with a D-90 for years now and I recently took it up to Yosemite with me. I took one last shot on my way out and then the camera died. It had more than 750,000 shutter clicks on it. I used it while in service with the military and deployed over seas as a combat photographer, used it all over the U.S. and photographed everything from landscapes to cars, studio to family gatherings. It would cost more to have re-built than it is worth, so It's time to retire it. :-( It truly was the little camera that could. As a replacement, I have purchased a Nikon D300s. I wonder what images this new camera will capture.
Here is the last shot that I took with the D90 before it went dark.

I added a nifty little cartoon effect to this one that I got off Pinterest. There's really some great photography how-to's on there.
