Magus2727 3" on turbo will help spool times. 2.5 or 2.75" would be fine for SC.

macdiesel I thought 2.5" was loud with one muffler, couldn't imagine a 3" exhaust. 2.5 should be fine if you go sc.

Magus2727 if going NA you wont see any gains going from 2.5 to 3. if going turbo then go 3" regardless of when you actually get the turbo set up. just get as big of a resonator as possible for the straight section.

freemind It depends on you HP goals. 2.5" is your minimal.

sgtsmasher i have a 3" exhaust. i like my exhaust but if you to worry about an exhaust being to loud in your area you will need to invest in a muffler for it. because from personal experience, 3" is loud as fuuuuuuu. and here is a good website to check out for

2.5 or 3 inch?

are the prefomance gains going to 3 inch over 2.5 alot more or is 2.5 good enough i ask because i might go FI some time ?
