|fakitol||Dont paint the inserts, just use bleach and little brush, the chrome will fade away. Its nice and shiny black plastic under.|

|calebstubstad||nooooo i know that i mean getting the actual projector unit out of the headlight assembly to swap the clear lenses.. can't get that part out. it's 3 7mm bolts, which i got out but I couldn't pry the adjuster ball out of the way to do it|

You'll have to go underneath for one or two. And you'll have to remove the black plastic radiator shroud thing (where your hood latches) for one. I had to unbolt my fender and pull it away from the lights to to let them squeeze out.

|calebstubstad||alright I need help getting em out lol. but I am super jealous. 3-4 inches of heavy wet snow here the last 24 hours.. gonna get another 6-10 saturday night into monday morning. I hate ND|

Also gonna buy a new rear subframe and the Euro grill today as well, but thats' unrelated.

|calebstubstad||did you ever take your projectors out? i couldn't for the life of me figure it out today. got the new bulbs in though, aiming is super messed up so I gotta go fix that. yay for me picking a day when it's like 20 degrees with 40 mph winds and snow coming. i shouldn't ever work on my car when i'm pissed before I even start|

|calebstubstad||i'd do Lamin-x but it's so expensive. i got a polish with UV protectant and stuff. no road salt in ND, just sand. but don't gotta worry now til November or so, maybe i'll buy some by then.|

Thanks for keeping up bro.
I could imagine the Laminx would do well for ya'll up there. Harsh winters right? Probably wears on the headlights pretty heavy, the salt and snow and all that.
