wordyahurdd I have a Jawbone UP2 that tracks my sleep, and also can set a "smart" alarm so it will wake me up up to 10 minutes before my actual alarm is set if I am in a lighter sleep state. It wakes me up by vibrating, I find it much better than my obnoxious phone alarm!

But regardless of alarm type, the second my alarm goes off I get up and head straight to bathroom for shower!

FocusedOnSVT I really used to... it killed me in the mornings. Those extra ten minutes are really not worth it.
