6SPD_soul It might have been drastic, but I'm taking responsibilty for taking rep away from this guy. I think e'rrbody understands there's an unwritten oath about claiming dyno numbers; there should be verifiable charts presented ASAP, and an accompanying list of mods that would theoretically support said dyno claim, even on the most giving dyno on the face of the earth , the HP lenient dynojet. This guy didn't present either.

I hereby sentence you to "falsified dyno claims". May mother horsepower have mercy on your soul.

Glad you got it figured out. Those numbers seemed very suspect.

felixthecat Let us know what #'s your putting to the deck, huh? Add a 23 motor or a 23 head. A set of cams, a header & a reflash are a given on whatever combo you have, or go w/. Those # would be awesomely impressive for a 20.

Intake, exhaust, header and tune will get you in the low 130's.

Check the dyno thread for comparable 2.0l
I know what a dyno is. Whether or not I trust the guy who did the dyno, another story. As for a drag strip, I wont be able to get on one until late spring.
The guy who I paid to bore out my head is the same guy who did the dyno. Seriously thinking he didnt do what he said he did.

streetfocus Exactly. Take it to the dragstrip. Besides, it looks like you have the same mods as I, plus a header. I want to know how much a header will take off your time.

That's more likely. One way to find out is the drag strip. With 189whp, you should be hitting bottom 14's.
