I'm not sure, I didn't ask, because it didn't help my car's problems.

You can sit on this forum and watch anyone who says they are all fixed, just pull up a chair and wait for them to come back. I feel for all of them, but thats what I see after 3+ years.
They were all starting to show up at fords facebook focus page but it has now dis-appeared
i tend to agree that 99% most likely are done for in the long once problems occur.. the comparison is just bad, thats all.

You could put your mother in a vw gti dsg and she would never know it wasn't an automatic

mishka update:

I replaced my stock air intake system back 100%.... still getting between 16 and 19 mpg delivering pizza all day. the lowest mileage i ever remember getting is like 26 mpg. the clutch is still slipping badly.

So I called the dealership back and they said they are ordering me a new clutch pack but it's on back-order for two months...

I think I should call my lawyer on Tuesday and see if i'm eligible for lemon law because it's spent so much time being broken and/or being repaired.

mishka News from the dealership.

Today they say my Focus is "ready to go" and did the following:
-Replaced front motor mount for engine.
-Reprogrammed transmission. [They said relearning program takes 1,000 miles so any transmission issues occurring within the 1,000 miles are “due to learning process” and they can't diagnose any problems until I drive it for 1,000 miles from the time of reprogramming.]
-They said the reason I have no power when it rains is because "water is getting into my cold air intake because I don't have a shield."
-They said the reason I'm getting reduced fuel efficiency is "due to my aftermarket intake."
-They said the shifter had a "walnut stuck between the clutch and the shifter and they removed it and the shifter is fine."
