morrjr Paid $150 for 35% all around (Maryland max) with lifetime warranty. Shop is used by car dealers in the area and has a great reputation.

I paid $399 I believe to get Llumar Air Blue 80 by a very reputable installer (but I'm in CA).

KatherineAllen All the above cars look amazing. I am sure you all have selected films that best suit your needs. Every state has a different set of rules for car window films to be applied on the side, rear and back windows along with the mirror. We use tinted films to protect the interiors from ultra violet rays, Increases privacy and to reduce the heat inside of car. Therefore, it is necessary to check our needs and also the set rules before selecting a tint film for a car.

I have friends that have limo tint, (5%) on their cars and have never been pulled over for it here in CO. Just stay out of the town of Mountain View and you will be fine.

Tiger-Heli Pennsylvania Window Tint Law - TintCenter.com

Tint law in PA is supposed to be 70% VLT and no reflective tint.

That said, you can likely fight the ticket and win, but that doesn't mean you won't be pulled over again and have to fight it again in court - at some point it just isn't worth the hassle.

So, if you take off the tint you get to speed? That's not such a bad trade.
Works out that way ...

Tint is more likely to be stopped for speeding.

Sporty car - Mustang - is more likely to be stopped for speeding than non-sporty car - Taurus.

Etc.
