cheap sleeper The 'ole floor did great. It kept all of our stuff dry during a flashflood that happened while we were out there, so, I'm glad I went through the trouble to do it. The 1/2" osb was only $7 per 4'x8' sheet, so the sheets, visqueen, and 4 rolls of cheapo duct tape totalled under $100. Not too bad.

Here is 6x9 of the floor supports before I wrapped every piece in visqueen.

Gutted one of my zx3s to go camping. I took out the passenger seat to make room for a 3ton floor jack and my air compressor and tools, then took the back seat out to make room for everything else, including a 9x9 floor that I made for our 12x12 ez-up. I managed to get the jack,my tools, compressor, 12x12 ez-up, the 12x12 bug screen room for the tent, our clothes, dog and cat stuff, backpacks, and a bunch of other gak all in the lil fofo.

mix1983 If there was one thing I want them to improve (and I've already told them) it's that rubber molding. It comes not on the box, and not pre-formed. That part alone took way longer than everything else in the process. Trying to bend it around the curves would cause the rest of it to pop off, etc. It was extremely frustrating. They need to pre-rivet it on or something.

EDIT: Also, as you can see, I had to cut a chunk of it out to allow the hood rod to lay flat and stay in the plastic clip. I'm not even 100% sure that's how the rubber is supposed to be, but that's how it is in the photos on their site. And the photos on the actual installation instructions (I am impressed they included that) show the rubber reaching around the entire thing... it is not long enough to do that.

mix1983 Thanks man. Yeah, the further I got into the install the more impressed I was with the way they designed it. I was also shocked at how simple the stock intake came out. On my Civic, the complete removal of the stock intake required removing the front bumper. This intake literally just pulled out.
