beneboo drove to and from work.

got flipped off on the freeway for bulldozing (I use the term loosely because hell, look what I drive!) in front of some guy in one of those merging (2 to 1) lanes.

In the 9 years I've been driving, this is only the 2nd time I've been served the bird so I think I'm doing OK

i guess you might wait till you have a few more miles on her at least ,it does seem a little torturous on the car !
I am following the 1K recommended break in. Only 432 miles to go until launch. According to my FocusFest mileage calculations launch control will be applied somewhere between Lincoln, NE and Lexington, NE.

A Focused Family What's funny about the RS supplement is that it tells you how to do these things, then tells you it's not good to do and could void the warranty, then tells you about cool down laps and pit stops in track mode, then says you could damage the engine/trans and void the warranty lmao.

sailor Bad joke then Ben.

Just thought it fit well with the question on remote start, just 'cause you have directions for something doesn't mean it's on your car.

Launch control was described only in the separate RS Owner's Guide Supplement. Not the quick reference guide which was typically just a double sided sheet of paper/yardstick. The RS supplement is just like the ST one. Only those models get it.

If the quick reference guide is RS specific then I would think it's possible.
Nope the 2016 Quick Reference guide is standard across all Focus models and details features that may not apply across the whole range.

No US spec Ford comes from the factory with a remote starter installed on a Manual transmission, and that includes the imported Focus RS. Only the DCT equipped cars can have the OEM remote starter installed.

Yes it does have launch control however.
