I think he means the OEM screen above.

In that case, it would be because his is a different trim than yours - that's the base model screen offered on the Mk3s.

brochado I was just looking up methods and you're right, a lot of people do niteshades/sand/clearcoat/sand/clearcoat/sand/buff and it looks really well done. I guess the jobs I've seen have just been shittily done.

Niteshade looks glossy if you do a good job. I think misfire had a how to somewhere around here.
