A Platinum Prestige 75 Plus it is.
Slightly longer 242mm instead of 207mm, but I'm assured it will fit in a Focus, and its
AH-20hr-rate: 62 amps
which sounds significantly better than the old one.

|whynotthinkwhynot||I always get the highest CCA I can in a battery that will fit in the car. It's helpful in cold weather, or if the alternator goes out- maybe it will last long enough to get home.|

What battery should I get?
I have a 2006 Ford Focus 1.6 Ghia.
What battery should I get for it?
My battery has died. The original was replaced in 2010, so this one has lasted 3 years. I didn't choose it as someone fitted it for me, but this time I have taken the battery out myself and want to buy the replacement and fit it.
However, since this one is not the original rather than get exactly the same I'd like to know what I should be getting for sure.
The current one is a;
Platinum 063 SP
CCA SAE: 490 amps
AH(20h): 46 amps
Looking at what online stores list for a Ford Focus, while 490 CCA SAE seems enough, they all list higher capacities than 46 amps, more like 50+, so I suspect my current battery might have been a little under what it should.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
