Rear Sup problem

Ok here we go .Frist off I have one weak spring this I know every time I go in into a hard turn or have anyone in back seat like my kids hit a bump tire rubs ,they are 17" . When get the money will be lookin into svt package. Here is the bigger problem when I go into an turn hit a bump feels like the whole rear jumps side ways , could this be due to the spring or should I be lookin for something else. I was told about some kind of arms they could be bad and are a pain to replace , there are two small arms dont know what one to look at . Any an all help is welcome.
