Its either paint and clear coat or plasti dip+ their glossifier to act as a clear coat for some shine.

snow12 I guess you could do something like this with the sport wheels. Not sure how you would get the glossy effect though as most people who paint their wheels use that Plasti-Dip stuff which is matte. A wheel shop could possibly help you
