Agree. Stock RMM reduces a lot vibrations... it's full of rubber to absorb all that!
The one from electric focus (E-rmm), is a little bit stiffer, but the acceleration is enjoyable! plus I like the way the car feels with it :) Nothing to get on anyone's nerves though.
