I adjusted the bulbs while the lights were on and found that the bulb itself needed to be turned a little bit more and it looks perfect. No it doesn't look top not but the cut off is perfect. Tiny hot spots are visible but that's because of the projector I believe. Nothing to cry over though. Other than that you're going to need to play with it til you get it right by turning the knobs for vertical/horizontal aim. Took me more than a few times to get it to where it looks good.
