I didn't say that the engineers put them together... only that their engineering work is ruined by dealer techs and factory rats.

I don't know how you can read what I wrote and think that I said that engineers assemble the cars.

TehMark The only annoying rattles I get are from the stereo. I took mine in once to fix it and the fix worked for about 6 months. I'll probably throw some dynamat in the car to fix it for good.

I was thinking the same thing. I'm sure they'd be able to "DUPLICATE" or "REPLICATE" the problem then.

GhiaFan For the owners that are having the front end clunking issues, wouldn't it be great if Ford would "Go Further" and test those owners cars in these testing facilities. Seems to me these testers have the right equipment to be able to source what the root cause of the clunking.
