|Tundrafoci||Might be able to swap out just the ball joints the 05-07 had larger ones as well. I don't know if there is a difference between those and and the mazdas|

"Mazda 3 knuckle, mazda3 control arm or swap ball joints, axle I'm not sure but definitely need a focus inner and Mazda outer. Also for the knuckle the strut diameter is the same as the 06+ Focus so those are direct fit or Omni kit for earlier cars. For the rear you need the whole control blade with the spindle and brakes on it but that's it."

"I already confirmed the rear control blade from the 3 fits and uses the same size rotor as the SVT. The front is more difficult because the Mazda bearings are bigger along with the hub and the lower ball joint is bigger as well. Easy fix is to use the Mazda lower control arm and swap the rear arm bushing bracket. But then you need a Mazda axle to match the hub spline and a focus inner to match the mtx75. Haven't figured out what axle length will be needed since there are different versions. The good news is the Mazda brake caliper and rotor are the same size as the SVT and the Mazdaspeed3 front caliper and bigger rotor will also fit."
I may have to use some tax return to get the cheapest rockauto stuff I can. I think I may have the tools to rebuild the CV's...
My inventory so I can think straight
-rear knuckle assy
I'll have to edit as I learn... I'll probably copy this to my forum thread so I can find it again later, too.

Yeah, that's the fear. However, I'm fairly certain that the correct vice-mounting, a fire wrench, a digging bar and someone hanging on could bend it the little bit I need. Still won't help this engine.
I can get the materials for around $130 to start cutting and preparing new turbo-side flanges. That'll set me up another 30-40whp. I just gotta get clear of the holiday fog!

|sailor||You can TRY to find a shop, the question will be if any of your additions to the pipe get in the way of the bender.|
