Mile30 There was a big stink up in Cumberland over the shuttering of the airport autocrossing; it was shut down for two years (if I remember correctly) over received-but-intentionally-sandbagged FAA paperwork and politics at it's slimiest.

The group of local racers/organizers that hosted the events along with the airport kept the pressure going. The community and the racers came together to help keep awareness up... well, it worked!

It's gonna get real fun with that event back up and running. Keefer; we're gonna be racing for real soon!

There'd be some video editing for me to do had I remembered my new gopro batteries for this one! The next one in September is too soon to afford, but I'm going again through the weekend for the October event.

Mile30 This vent pod was a... fun project! I grabbed a spare vent from Loco Raymundo's as a donor and got to cutting & filling.

The most important parts. I just need time to do something about it now.

Mile30 So much time and I haven't been on here. No wonder I can't seem to get organized. Onward:

Time go get working.

Plans on shelves for years; now I'm ready to ruin the car again! Kiss reliability goodbye for a while.

Mile30 TOO MUCH DOWNTIME ON HERE!!!!

Keefer's moved to Buffalo and back at this point, my parts-pile is almost complete for the Roush turbo... AND THE AIRPORT AUTOCROSS HAS REVIVED!

More to follow.

Mile30 Went to do the install at my work on an off-Saturday... Turns out the damn Turbonetics hot side flange is kinda unique!!! The sonofabitch had my brother (TurboGLH) & I running around two counties and six automotive shops and stores for a single three bolt exhaust flange.

We ended up having to make our own. So after doing that much fabrication and pulling hair like metal splinters out of our hands all afternoon, I decided to just go with the v-bands. The custom exhaust flange was already made, of course.

The fit is decent and only took the better part of 4hrs. I just got a link from mi hermano for a 2.5"-to-3" smooth adapter, so that turbo's 2.5" is going to a 3" v-band which should make putting the remainder of the three inch exhaust together so much less frustrating than this first bit.
