Asphalt is cheap. It needs work every year or two. You need to deal it, patch the cracks, and general upkeep.

Concrete is more expensive because it should last longer. With less upkeep. If it is cut shortly after install, it should prevent large cracks from forming. Its more labor to install as you need forms, the proper mix and then to even it all out. Make sure no air pockets and the like.

Both require a good solid base to build off of. I dislike asphalt as it's a lot of upkeep and tends to not last as long, along with everything having tar stuck to it. You also can't use jacks and stands in the summer on asphalt without risk of denting into the surface.

Chas There aren't any rules, it's not serious business. I made my point and I do not think I am wrong, you can keep posting anywhere about anything, not my place to stop you.

FocusedOnSVT Thanks bro!

Keep complaining, I keep "spamming."

So every post is spam huh?

Some are.

But most threads I contribute to.

Hatch Nation, Focus TakeOver (even though i dont belong), the threads I see on General Car Chat - most I contribute to.

Meh. I try to be a nice guy to everyone abd be considerate. Oh well. Guess my lightheartedness annoys some.

Chas I know Ed personally and was just giving him a hard time on each of those posts. It's rare that what this guy posts has anything to do with what anyone is even talking about. It's spam so he can up his post count, which I will never understand.
