Diesel I only used rustolium because that's what was on sale and carried at AZ. When I went to do it all the write ups I read used the VHT

seventystangfan Hey thanks, I'll keep it in consideration. Only thing is I have an O'Reilly gift card so I'll probably go with that. As to the OP, I'll update when I get it done.

Diesel lens tint you can put it on as dark as you want. That way you don't meke it too dark for light issues.

Andrews-bad-SE I used Rustoleum Lens Tint (sort of like the VHT Niteshades in a rattlecan..) I prefer the Rustoleum one because it looks super dark, but the light comes through really, really well. Even in broad daylight. Also, the Rustoleum is a lot more glossy and better looking right out of the can, without any runs or swirls or heavy spots. The niteshades requires a lot of prep work and finishing that the Rustoleum does not. Luck!

Dumb light covering question...

Well, I searched the how-to section and didn't see this so I figured I would ask here. What I wanna do is pretty simple. I just want to cover my grill indicators, side markers, and fogs with something that looks black when the lights are off, but when the lights light-up it looks normal. What would do this, if anything? Thanks for any help.
