michaelwb I had them on a Passat. Lasts longer than you would expect from 280 treadwear. No complaints.

AZfocus2012 I was looking at the Kumho Ectsa 4X in the same price range, also had good reviews. I liked it had a higher treadwear number. The heat here in AZ kills soft tires. Ended up with the Bridgestone Potenza RE 970AS's, Costco had them on sale, still much more expensive than the $100 each options.

Anyone try these Hankooks yet? They seem to get great reviews and at only $103 for our 17" rims it seems like a steal.
