Those cars are amazing it should be fun, just takes extra homework ;) like I said good luck, I hate to see anyone get into a bad car, even one I'm jealous of.

|focus_addict93||I hear ya Slick, definitely appreciate the looking out and opinion. I know people who actually are better friends with him ironically so i have reliable sources telling me about the upkeep of this evo and how well its been treated and all that. It was also tuned locally at a shop where i know the owner and he even vouched for the rebuild and tune (since it was done there professionally) on this evo, all gaskets, Water Pump,Timing belt, Serp belt and tensioner were recently replaced in the rebuild. as well as a new axle and rebuilt transfer case (all professionally done and not by the seller). Not saying this all means it is in perfect condition but just helps having others able to vouch for it not being one of the many evos that gets pounded on and neglected|

2009 black se
Not too many mods, full led interior, led strip for the back seat, led headlights and tail lights, led driving lights, lunchbox delete, plastidipped mirror caps, and grille.
Finnaly got to wash all the salt off it, doesn't stay shiny around here for long!

Good luck, I'll see you on the evom. forum
I don't know that much about evos, but I do know nearly everyone has been beat to shit, and you really got to consider how true everything he is saying is, nor is a freshly rebuilt motor any sign of good maintenance . If it really is rebuilt that's why it's on low boost, and what is low boost? How many pounds is it on? How's the drivetrain? Has the 4th gear syncro been replaced, how's the transfer case? That is a HIGH maintenance car that is generally owned by people who could give two shits about maintenance . Driving a turbo Lancer, and being around a ton of evos has taught me a few things.
Just giving options, or opinions. You have a super reliable car right now, that won't cause thousands in maintenance a year, and that's something to consider.

|focus_addict93||I would agree with you Slick if that wasn't true. Saw the car in person the other day. No paint missing (it is a sticker on the fender), no crazy boost at all as this engine build has 500 miles on it and is on a break in tune and it hasn't been slammed for long; more of a recent addition along with the bigger CCW wheels. Plus she is garage kept every night and barely driven as it isn't his daily. I wouldn't buy anything without doing my research first my friend, no worries|

|packers11||I would agree with that. That car looks like it's seen better days and has been totally ruined. It's a shame that someone would ruin such an awesome car like that too.|

|SlickWilly||You can tell just looking at it. The body parts aren't in line. Paints missing, it's slammed lowered, so you know it's been driven hard. The inner fenders are shot all to hell, and I bet that car has been on full boost at least 5 times a day.|
