The photo attachment button is the yellow picture of mountains and the sun at the menu bar above the message area. You can't post from your hard drive, you have to post a link to your pix on photo site like PhotoBucket. Upload to PhotoBucket, copy the link to the photo, open a new post, write your message, click on the icon, paste your link and submit. Piece of cake.
I guess I'll have to upload some pics when I get a chance. Thanks.

Black00ZX3 I can see how all the complaints on the MKIII can scare people from buying but glad that you took the change and bought one. I've been on Mustangs and EVO forums and this is by far the friendliest one. Lots of cool people on here.

Here, here. Just got back from a 30 mile journey to the Ford shop and running some errands. This my first complaint in 18K miles, a week trunk strut (big deal). All the way I was enjoying the smooth ride, comfort and luxury of this small 38+ mpg car. I have "auto" and MFT and enjoy them both.

The Internet is a good way to find people having trouble. It's a much less good way to determine _how likely_ it is that you'll have trouble.

What motivates people to post? Getting really mad about their problem. The people that aren't having problems tend not to post at all. Ford sold about 175,000 Focuses in 2011; where are the other 174,000? Then there's a very small slice of owners that are just so overjoyed that they can't stop praising their car at any opportunity. But there's not a lot of those. So you have to take complaints with consideration, and do some other research as well.

Berlin Bill If it was just me driving the vehicle I would definitely get a 5-M.

BaconZombie Welcome aboard. Great group of people on this forum, so enjoy your stay.

And for the record, I do have a 5-speed, but I also have MFT and have never had a problem.

Borski Good choice on the 5spd!

I've had my car for 15 months, put 36k miles on it, and I LOVE this car! It's mostly the people with problems are usually the loud ones about it too (for good reason)

StingRay 5 speed non MFT is the best combo! :)

Glad you are happy with your purchase so far!

This place is great and I just wanted to say hello and thank you for all the great threads that answered some of my pre-purchase questions and concerns.

I would love to post a pic but I'll be damned if I can figure out where the attachment button is.
