If I wanted a CF look I would just but a CF hood. I don't just want looks, I want some sort of functionality out of it as well. They don't make the hood I WANT for my year, so I'm trying to find an alternative.

SvviftSVT wrapping the hood would be easiest and best in my opinion..
if you wanted a scoop..
i do like the gt500 idea.. been toying around with the idea for my next focus..

if done properly, it does look exceedingly amazing.. and helps reduce heat drastically.

mikebontoft Marbs didn't you go for some stripes like that mustang? that's the only kind of hood I'd like on it man.

Blue5ive Don't like any of the options in the first post. Being an 05-07 with fewer options I say wrap it. You could do a full or partial cf wrap or another color besides the cf look. Would be cheaper and easily undone.

Those hoods would be the best option, however he has the 1.5 gen with SAP, so finding a rare or nice-looking hood is almost impossible(unless custom fabbed or just goes with the CF)

Damn, I could of had that mach 5 for $50:( I shoulda bought it when I seen it
